Frequently asked questions
How does the request work?
You choose a package and send a no-obligation request with your names and contact details. We'll get in touch within one business day.
When do I need to provide my information?
Only after the first contact will you receive a clear form for all texts, venues, colours and photos — not already at the request stage.
How long does it take before the wedding website is ready?
This depends on how quickly we receive all the details and how many revision rounds are needed. We'll keep you updated on the status.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, every package includes a set number of revision rounds. Just get in touch if you'd like to change something.
Can older guests easily use the website?
Yes. The wedding page is intentionally kept simple: large buttons, clear language, no complicated menus and no account needed.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests simply open the link and can immediately RSVP, leave a message or upload photos.
How does RSVP work?
Guests indicate on the wedding page whether they're attending, not attending or unsure, how many guests, and any dietary needs. You see all responses in one overview and can export them.
Who can see the uploaded photos?
Only the couple, via their own secure account. You can view and delete photos and messages.
How long does the website stay online?
This varies per package (3, 6 or 12 months after the wedding). Extension is possible afterwards at a price known in advance.
What happens to the photos and personal data afterwards?
After the online period ends, we permanently delete the website including all uploaded files and personal data, unless agreed otherwise. See our privacy policy for details.
Can the website be protected with a password or PIN?
This is on our roadmap. Get in touch if this matters to you and we'll discuss the options.
Can the website be made in multiple languages?
Yes — depending on your package, in up to 1 or 3 languages (Dutch, English and/or Turkish). Guests choose their own language on the page.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all listed prices include VAT. No hidden costs.
